The four room types

The standard rooms are the 70 Deluxe Guest Rooms. They come as the Deluxe Queen, with two queen beds, or the Deluxe King. Both are 380 sq. ft. rooms. On the Executive Floor, 8 Luxury Guest Rooms take the form of the Luxury King, also 380 sq. ft. in size. Every room type includes free high-speed Internet access.
Suites come in two sizes. The 5 Junior Suites are 752 sq. ft. two-room suites on the Executive Floor, each with two queen beds. The 10 Grand Suites measure 780 sq. ft. each. A Grand Suite has a king bed, a whirlpool soaker tub and a sitting room with a pull-out sofa bed. Prices are not covered by this guide.

Check-in, check-out and booking
Check-in opens at 4 pm, and guests can arrive any time after that. The room itself is not guaranteed to be ready until 6 pm, so an early arrival may mean a wait. Check-out is at 12 noon. Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Hotel reservations go through 1-877-775-8259. Stay packages are booked on the same line, and they require Ocean Club membership, the resort's free players club. The card is issued on the spot at the Ocean Club, and a valid ID is required.

7 am to 11 pm
The pool and the rest of the hotel
The Tropical Pool has a cascading waterfall, a sauna and a hot tub. It is open 7 am to 10 pm, then adults only from 10 pm to 11 pm. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 12 must be with an adult.
Away from the water, the arcade runs 11 am to midnight. The fitness centre is open 24/7, and children under 16 must be with an adult there. South Beach Café, in the hotel lobby, is also open 24/7 for fresh coffee, muffins, sandwiches and drinks. It offers free wireless Internet as well.
